The fall session of CHOSEN is right around the corner! Be sure to sign up now and join us at our new location, 1501 S. Taylor.
CHOSEN (a CareNet mentoring group for girls, ages 8-12)
Mondays*, 4:15 – 5:30 p.m.
August 29 – October 3
CareNet’s Center City branch, 1501 S. Taylor
(*due to Labor Day, the 2nd meeting will be on Tuesday 9/6, instead of Monday)
This session of CHOSEN is based on Titus 3:1, “Remind the people to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready to do whatever is good, to slander no one, to be peaceable and considerate, and to show true humility to all men.” Our teachings will focus on ways we can develop these characteristics that the Lord instructs believers to have. We are going to talk about what it means to be submissive and obedient, to do good and speak kindly about others. We will also learn about living our lives humbly, peaceably, and in consideration of others.
It’s going to be a great session of CHOSEN, and we hope you will join us. It won’t be the same without you!
