As the newest educational initiative from the Texas State Historical Association, Texas Talks, are streaming programs that allow Texas history lovers to engage with preeminent Texas history scholars and experts who provide relevant historical information in an interactive platform. In partnership with the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum, Dr. Jean Stuntz will discuss From San Antonio to the Panhandle: Texas Pioneer Women? to celebrate both Texas History and Womens History Month in March at PPHM. Join the conversation and learn more from Dr. Stuntz about this fascinating topic in the Hazlewood Lecture Hall Thursday, March 24 at 5:30 pm with a reception to follow. In partnership with the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum, this first-ever live Texas Talks will showcase an engaging lecture by Dr. Stuntz titled “From San Antonio to the Panhandle: Texas Pioneer Women.” More than a celebration of Texas History Month, this talk will showcase Women’s History Month.
